mim_static_plugin_registry

Creates the object library that registers the statically linked plugins.

mim_static_plugin_registry(<target> <plugin>...)

MIM_STATIC_PLUGINS builds have no shared object to dlopen, so <target> holds a generated static initializer that hands every <plugin> to mim.Driver.add_static_plugin. It must be an object library: nothing references the registrations, so an archive member would be dropped.
